What are the responsibilities and job description for the Assistant Manager position at Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts, Parker?
Come Sit Stay Pet Resorts, Parker location, is seeking an assistant manager with solid experience in animal husbandry. Applicants must be self-motivated and have strong leadership skills. The manager will lead our team and ensure all CSS policies are being followed to maintain a clean, safe facility for our Guests. Serious applicants must have previous management and animal care experience.
Duties include but not limited to:
* Must be punctual and reliable.
* Must work Holidays
* Learning, following, and promoting all CSS Pet Resorts Policies and Procedures
* Day to Day management of the Team
* Strong communication skills
* Training of new Team Members
* Provide Customer Service - Communicate information professionally to owners.
* Animal Husbandry-Feeding and caring for animals (Dogs, Cats, Rabbits, Pigs, etc)
Must be able to lift and move 50 pounds. Job requires that you can physically handle large dogs, bending, moving, lifting and cleaning as required.
Shift is Tues-Fri 11:00am-7:30pm & Sat 7:00am-5:00pm
