Who we are looking for:
The Information Technology Support Technician will answer questions and manage requests related to information systems (IT) production jobs.
What you’ll be doing:
Including but not limited to:
- Responsible for providing technical support and answering users' computer-related questions
- Maintains current list of computer requests
- Troubleshoots hardware, software and network problems
- Assists the Network/Systems Administrator
- Installs computer hardware and software
- Other responsibilities as needed.
What you need to have:
- Associate’s degree in computer science or IT preferred
- 0-3 years of relevant experience
- Ability to adapt to rapid changes/rapid work environment, manage competing demands
- Ability to work independently or in a team environment
- Ability to learn new concepts quickly
- Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
- Excellent communication and skills (oral and written)
- Must be willing to participate in and pass F&R’s pre-employment screening including a background investigation, drug screening and driving record.
