Job Summary
Come Back Clean is seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team full-time. This role is based in a retirement community, where you will provide cleaning services for residents’ rooms and common areas.

Responsibilities
- Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas to a high standard
- Perform dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, sanitizing, and disinfecting tasks
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are properly stocked and maintained
- Report any maintenance or safety issues promptly
- Interact with residents in a kind and respectful manner, upholding their dignity and comfort
- Follow all health, safety, and infection control guidelines
Qualifications
- Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience preferred (senior living or healthcare setting a plus)
- Compassionate, patient, and able to work well with older adults
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to excellence
- High level of integrity and reliability
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods

Responsibilities

- Dust, sweep, mop, and vacuum floors to maintain cleanliness.
- Clean and sanitize surfaces, including desks, countertops, and equipment.
- Dispose of trash and recycling materials properly.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning products as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial roles is preferred but not required.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting or moving items up to 25 pounds.
