Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing daily business operations and ensuring compliance with Company policies and procedures. Manages the financial affairs of the Company by implementing and monitoring internal controls. Ensures internal control adherence and provides audit support. Directs the preparation of financial plans and reports. Monitors collections program to ensure strategies are achieving customer satisfaction. Provides leadership and direction for diverse and complex functions. Contributes to the development of the organization's business strategy. Interprets business strategy and develops organizational objectives to align with this strategy. Typically manages multiple teams of professionals.

Job Description

The Senior Director, Growth Insights will lead a team responsible for identifying strategic opportunities through market research and competitive intelligence. This role plays a central part in delivering clear, forward-looking insights that shape Comcast’s strategic planning, product positioning, and investment decisions across broadband, mobile, entertainment, and smart home portfolios.

This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with senior leaders and cross-functional teams across Product, Growth, Finance, and Technology, and serve as a key thought partner in strategic planning efforts, including quarterly Industry Briefings, Competitive Deep Dives, and annual planning processes. Ideal candidates are analytical, strategic thinkers with a passion for emerging technologies and industry dynamics.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Market Insights function to deliver internal and external research that influences business strategy
• Drive development of quarterly Industry Briefings that synthesizes macro, competitive, and consumer trends into actionable narratives
• Facilitate quarterly briefing sessions with senior executives, helping to drive alignment through compelling narratives
• Support enterprise-wide strategic planning processes, providing data-backed market assumptions and opportunity insights
• Deliver insights that influence investment priorities, customer segmentation, and product growth strategies
• Partner closely with stakeholders across Product, Growth, Finance, and Divisions to ensure insights are integrated into decision-making
• Collaborate with Performance Analytics and Competitive and Performance Insights leads to align on cross-functional narratives and key deliverables
• Develop and delivery executive-ready presentations and talking points used in high-impact forums such as briefings, competitive deep dives, and planning sessions
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• 10 years in strategy, market intelligence, research, or product/finance strategy roles
• Experience leading high-performing teams and presenting to senior leadership
• Strong background in telecom, technology, media, or consumer services preferred
• Exceptional ability to connect data with strategic context and turn insights into clear recommendations
• Excellent communication skills and ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders
• Experience with strategic planning cycles is a plus
