Job Summary Responsible for the execution of paid social media campaigns across platforms including Meta, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Pinterest, and new platforms (as relevant). This role will own the trafficking of all paid social creative once approved, including QA of creative assets, naming conventions, and file management. The specialist will be the final checkpoint before paid assets go live, ensuring all creative meets brand standards, adheres to platform specs, and is launched in alignment with campaign timelines. This role requires a strong attention to detail, comfort with process, and collaboration with both internal teams and external media and agency partners. Job Description Core Responsibilities Own trafficking and QC process for all paid social assets, including creative specs and platform requirements, nomenclature, and campaign alignment / asset tracking Conduct thorough quality control checks to ensure creative trafficked matches assets approved by paid social managers, Legal, Brand, and other stakeholders Collaborate with paid social managers to maintain and evolve campaign trafficking trackers and creative delivery workflows Maintain archive of all launched assets and assist in post-launch creative audits to ensure accuracy of live placements Monitor live creative to identify and resolve issues related to delivery, creative misfires, or incorrect link placements Serve as primary point of contact for all matters related to production timelines and trafficking Populate campaign recap documentation (as needed) Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance. Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
