Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Product Market Readiness & Business Operations plays a critical, high‑impact role in ensuring Xfinity Consumer products are not just launched but truly market‑ready, operationally sound, and positioned to succeed at scale. This role sits at the intersection of Product, Program Delivery, Field Operations, Finance, Technology, and Sales & Marketing, and is accountable for translating product strategy into clear, executable go‑to‑market (GTM) plans. This leader operates as both a strategic thought partner and a hands‑on execution owner. They bring clarity to ambiguity, drive alignment across complex stakeholder groups, and hold teams accountable to readiness standards, timelines, and outcomes. Success in this role is defined by launch quality, organizational readiness, and post‑launch performance, not activity or coordination alone. This position regularly works with Director and Vice President level leaders and is expected to operate with strong judgment, influence, and ownership.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Own and drive end to end GTM execution for one or more products, with accountability for cross functional readiness, launch quality, and sustained performance.
  • Partner closely with Product Marketing and Program Delivery leaders to translate product vision and strategy into clear, executable GTM and operational plans.
  • Ensure alignment across value proposition, positioning, pricing implications, field readiness, and customer experience prior to launch.
  • Act as a primary point of orchestration and accountability when tradeoffs, risks, or execution gaps emerge, bringing issues forward with clear recommendations.
  • Build executive ready narratives, updates, and decision materials that enable senior leaders to make informed, timely decisions.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Professional Experience And Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven track record of owning and driving go to market execution for products or initiatives that required coordination across Product, Marketing, Finance, Technology, and Field or Sales teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to build from scratch including designing operating models, readiness frameworks, execution plans, and decision mechanisms in ambiguous or lightly structured environments.
  • Strong strategic and analytical skills, with experience developing business cases, scenario models, and operational impact analyses to inform senior level decision making.
  • Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to create clear, executive ready narratives and recommendations that drive alignment and action.
  • Strong operational judgment and organizational awareness, with the ability to navigate complexity, surface risks early, and get things done in large, matrixed organizations.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence without authority, resolve ambiguity, and drive clarity across diverse stakeholder groups with competing priorities.
  • Experience working closely with field, regional, or frontline teams to ensure readiness, adoption, and sustained performance post launch.
