Job Summary

The Manager, Internal Digital Communications provides technical, production, and communications support across all internal employee communications channels—including SharePoint, Viva Engage, Viva Connections, Vimeo, EmailOpen, and Communicator—which serve over 70,000 employees daily. This role prioritizes expertise in Microsoft Office 365 (O365) business technology solutions and values experience or strong interest in product management and Agile methodology. The ideal candidate is passionate about leveraging O365 tools and Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to enhance digital employee engagement and streamline communications workflows. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders to recommend, implement, and optimize technology solutions, while staying current on O365 feature updates and best practices.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Stay current on O365 feature updates and other technology to recommend improvements to the employee experience.
• Build and automate business processes using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI) to streamline internal communications workflows.
• Test new product features in development and pre-production environments.
• Ensure solutions are user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with brand and compliance standards.
• Consult with content editors and communications leads to identify the best channels and technology solutions for communications campaigns.
• Leverage metrics data, share insights with internal clients, and assess communications effectiveness across platforms.
• Support content editors on technical issues and troubleshoot as needed.
• Partner with Video Production Teams to support Vimeo live broadcasts.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
