Job Summary

Comcast Spectacor is seeking a Legal Intern. The program is for current law students with an interest in sports, entertainment, and/or gaming law.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

• Preparing initial drafts of letters, notices, and other short-form legal documents.
• Analyzing commercial agreements and creating summaries of key terms.
• Conducting research projects on various legal issues and preparing memos.
• Attending meetings between the Legal department and internal clients.
• Attending calls with outside counsel on legal issues.
• Regular, Consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
