Job Summary

The New Grad Program is designed to identify high-caliber talent to build our organization with the best and the brightest students who have recently graduated from college/university to join our team as an entry-level Financial Analyst. In this role you will immerse yourself into the Comcast culture, working side by side with innovative and talented Comcasters, and rotate between various sector of finance to become well-rounded financial professionals. We are looking for a new analyst who can: • Bring a curious and analytical mindset • Tell stories with data • Be proficient in Excel and PowerPoint • Bring knowledge of databases and report development tools (Preferred, not required) Basic Qualifications/Requirements • Graduation date between November 2023 and June 2024 • Graduating with a bachelor’s degree from a United States-based college or university (preferably with a Finance focus) • Authorized to work in the United States of America • Strong interest in the technology, telecommunications, cable, and media industries • Ability to work independently and in group settings • Ability to report to assigned Colorado office post-graduation if offered and accepted a fulltime position. This role is 4 days in office and 1 day remote.

Job Description

Summary:

Responsible for providing business performance analysis, reporting and forecasting as an independent contributor. Also responsible for providing a variety of financial data and maintaining and updating financial models and plans. Reports financial analysis to senior management in support of functional business objectives. Works with moderate guidance in own area of knowledge.

Core Responsibilities

• Conducts various statistical and financial reports, as assigned. Gathers analysis and creates reports.
• Assists in budgeting, forecasting, variance analyses and related reports, as assigned.
• Conducts financial research, analyzes financial performance against objectives and determines emerging financial trends.
• Maintains statistical/financial databases.
• Performs additional Business Operations duties and tasks as required.
• Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
• Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Starting base salary is $65,000 annually and includes a competitive Total Rewards package. Relocation Assistance is not available for this role.

Base pay is one part of the Total Rewards that Comcast provides to compensate and recognize employees for their work. Most sales positions are eligible for a Commission under the terms of an applicable plan, while most non-sales positions are eligible for a Bonus. Primary Location Pay Range: $62,891.13 - $94,336.70
