About the Team:
The MVPD Sales Team drives Comcast innovation and technology into the North American Service Provider market. We deliver solutions and services that enable our partners to go to market with the latest entertainment and connected living products such as X1, EntertainmentOS, Stream, Flex, XFi, xHome, Storm-Ready Wifi, and so much more. As the primary customer advocate, we work in tandem with our Comcast colleagues to define, prioritize, and track requirements, development, trials, and launch schedules for delivery of new products and services. This role will be at the forefront of the partner engagement and will interface directly with Comcast’s largest clients to provide regular program status updates, coordinate contract discussions and execution, organize executive communications and meetings, and support the sales leadership to drive revenue and subscriber growth.
What You’ll Do:
Plan and manage programs that result in product launches within a consumer market, ultimately driving revenue and record progress along the way
Apply strong verbal communication skills and business sense in meetings with external clients, as well as internal stakeholders
Identify and manage program critical path, being mindful of upstream and downstream dependencies.
Facilitate the development and implementation of key goals, objectives and success criteria for the program with key stakeholders and the core team.
Support the budget and resource forecasting process.
Analyze areas of risk by identifying and managing critical paths and risk areas. Establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and assume responsibility for corrective actions.
Work with leadership and core team members to help identify and assist in making program tradeoffs to balance scope, time and costs.
Using delicate communication to keep all stakeholders informed of progress and issues.
Skills & Experience We’re Looking For:
Strong program management expertise
Effective communication skills
Understanding of development processes, such as agile vs waterfall, etc.
Ability to understand basic cable technology
Additional Information:
- This will be a customer-facing role.
- This individual will be expected to work out of the Philadelphia office with the ability to travel to the office 4 days per week.
- 15-20% travel is expected.

Education
Bachelor's Degree
