Job Summary

Responsible for designing, testing and turning up circuits in all regions of the CDV and / or Commercial Services network on the Test & Turn Up team. Resolves all first contact issues and escalations in an organized and timely fashion and escalates issues exceeding scope of expertise in a timely manner, as needed. Troubleshoots and provides resolutions according to established practices and procedures. Provides project management and status updates. Performs routine duties with minimal supervision.

Job Description

• HOURS FOR POSITION : 10 : 30am to 7pm Monday through Friday
• Exciting news - This position is Virtual; however, must reside in the North East Division for this position - This includes the States of New Hampshire, Connecticut, Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, Delaware, New Jersey, D.C and parts of Virginia

Qualifications Required :

Network certification or equivalent

Knowledge of Routers and IP Subnet (Networking experience needed)

Connecting wires to Gateway as example - understanding routers wholistically

Comcast experience preferred (Comcast Business strongly preferred)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Salary :

Pay Range : This job can be performed in Maryland with a Pay Range of $29.48 - $44.22
