Job Summary

Responsible for developing and directing marketing strategies designed to drive growth in Comcast Business' core verticals inclusive of the Federal and Public sectors. This position will collaborate closely with our HQ and Division sales and marketing teams to effectively carry out ABM programs inclusive of events, trade shows and relevant content marketing strategies. The candidate will have significant experience in engaging stakeholders at target accounts to drive new logo acquisition, upsell and renewal.

Job Description

Core Responsibilities

  • Leads a 4 person team of vertical marketing professionals. Sets a vision for team culture and inspires and motivates team members to achieve goals.
  • Ensures the competence and continuity of qualified Marketing staff through optimum selection, training and development, appraisal and motivation techniques.
  • Engages stakeholders to create CB's vertical and Public Sector marketing strategy.
  • Establishes and nurtures strong relationships with key decision-makers at partner companies and top enterprise prospects & existing customers, positioning Comcast Business as a trusted partner.
  • Collaborates closely with sales teams and leadership to drive alignment on vertical and account priorities, and to jointly pursue new pipeline, accelerate deals and close business.
  • Builds alliances with industry partners, networks etc. as needed to achieve growth objectives. Consults with Marketing / Sales to identify, define, size and prioritize strategic executive engagement opportunities.
  • Serves as primary stakeholder supporting ABM efforts for Field Top Accounts and Comcast Business Global accounts.
  • Maintains and improves ongoing marketing programs, analyses and reports.
  • Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
  • Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

    Bachelor's Degree

    While possessing the stated degree is preferred, Comcast also may consider applicants who hold some combination of coursework and experience, or who have extensive related professional experience.
