Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role as a Sales and Marketing Specialist based in Altoona, PA, with the flexibility to work from home on occasion. The specialist will engage in developing and executing marketing strategies, managing sales pipelines, providing excellent customer service, and delivering training to clients and team members. The role involves maintaining effective communication with clients, analyzing sales performance, and ensuring seamless coordination between different teams to achieve business objectives.
Qualifications
Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams
Proficiency in Sales to drive revenue growth and achieve targeted results
Experience in delivering Training to help clients and team members understand products and services
Highly organized with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to work in a hybrid environment with strong time management skills
A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
