Role Description
We are seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a full-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN. The Territory Sales Manager will handle customer engagement, identify and acquire new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with existing clients. Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle, engaging in proactive client outreach, providing on-site consultations, and leading sales training sessions to drive business growth and meet sales targets. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the development of tailored solutions is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets
- Ability to conduct and provide effective Training to clients or internal teams as needed
- Organizational and time management skills for effectively managing multiple accounts and responsibilities
- Knowledge of the boiler and combustion systems industry is highly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field is an advantage
- Willingness to travel within the territory as needed
- Proficiency with CRM tools and basic computer applications is a plus
