Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position located in Chattanooga, TN for a Boiler Technician. The Boiler Technician will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of boiler systems. Daily tasks include scheduled inspections, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and executing repair tasks in compliance with safety codes and standards. The technician will also be expected to collaborate with team members and provide high-quality service to ensure plant efficiency and minimize downtime.

Qualifications
- Experience in diagnostics, troubleshooting, and maintenance of boiler systems
- Knowledge of NFPA, IRI, Factory Mutual, and OSHA safety codes and standards
- Skilled in using hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in documentation and record-keeping
- Effective communication skills and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications are a plus
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the service area
