What are the responsibilities and job description for the Propane Installation Technician position at Combined Energy Services?
The region’s #1 fuel company since 1968 is looking for a full time Propane Installation Technician for our Monticello, New York location to install propane tanks, gas lines and perform tank swap-outs. Propane experience a plus but will train the right person.
Job entails:
- Installing propane gas tanks primarily with a boom truck
- Burying propane tanks with an excavator
- Trenching/installing buried gas lines with an excavator or trenching machine
- Performing leak/pressure checks
- Learning light service
Applicant must be/have:
- CDL A or B, Hazmat a plus
- Customer oriented/great customer service attitude
- Neat/clean, drug free, safety minded
- Mechanical ability preferred
- Ability to use mini-excavator a plus.

Schedule:
