What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Service Posting position at Combined Energy Services?
Job Summary:
Looking for a highly motivated and organized Customer Service Representative to specialize in posting service invoices at our Monticello, NY location. This includes taking service work orders and entering information into the computer system to correctly bill customers, research customer/billing issues and complaints, answer phone calls, etc.
Duties:
- Read, interpret and understand work orders for billing
- Perform data entry tasks to update customer records
- Research/gather missing info to complete work orders
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone and email
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
Requirements:
- Excellent data entry skills/attention to detail
- Ability to learn software designed for fuel industry
- Previous experience in fuel industry or fuel parts/inventory experience preferred
- Have great communication and customer service skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
