This highly visible role is part of our fast-moving Human Resources and Marketing team, and provides professional, friendly, and detail-oriented support across a wide variety of responsibilities:

Here at Combi, we have a position for you! In this role you will be the first point of contact for many and responsible for the front office greeting customers, answering and directing our callers and supporting our Human Resources and Marketing departments. Essential Functions: include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Become an expert and historian of all things Combi and be the ultimate brand ambassador for Combi Packaging.
• Greet and assist visitors, customers, and vendors with professionalism and warmth
• Manage the switchboard communications of the organization.
• Support HR and Marketing and corporate events, including onsite tours, monthly town hall meetings, and trade show coordination
• Assist with visitor scheduling, travel arrangements, and onsite event logistics
• Contribute to strategic project planning and team initiatives
• Proactively manage tasks that ensure smooth daytoday operations
• Plan and coordinate catering for all events, including internal events, customer meetings, training sessions, celebrations, and bagel Fridays.
• Coordinate and provide support for training events including room setup, administrative support catering, and wrapup.
• Ability to keep confidential information secure.
• Willing to be a team player and perform other duties as assigned.
  
  

Work Environment:

This job operates in a professional office setting. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and fax machines.

Physical Demands

The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit at a desk for prolonged periods of time. Moving throughout the facility, pushing and pulling a cart, carrying up to 35 lbs. Ability to store, retrieve, and transport objects is required. The employee will need vision to see close, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus, talk, hear, and listen.

Position Type And Expected Hours Of Work

This is a full-time position, working Monday through Friday, 7:30 am to 4:00 pm.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma
• One to two years of Customer Service Experience
• Marketing Experience
