What You’ll Do:
- Develop and maintain strong, lasting relationships with customers
- Identify new business opportunities to increase retail sales
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to execute effective campaigns and strategies
- Monitor sales performance, customer feedback, and market trends to ensure client satisfaction
- Prepare and deliver daily reports on sales activities and progress
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma or GED required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred (relevant work experience also considered)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a passion for sales
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities
- Capable of working independently and as part of a dynamic team in a fast-paced setting
