What are the responsibilities and job description for the PROPERTY SERVICES TECHNICIAN III-PART-TIME position at COMANCHE?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Applies positive communication, interpersonal and leadership skills with Comanche
Nation Entertainment employees and their guests at all times.
• Ensures compliance with policies and procedures, building codes, and local, state, and
federal regulations.
• Ensures that storage of chemicals, pesticides, and equipment is compliant with
regulations.
• Monitors analytical parameters regularly to ensure equipment is functioning correctly.
• Ensures all equipment preventative maintenance programs are up to date and all
necessary logs are maintained and current.
• Keeps track of project progress and updates management as needed.
• Keeps track of building status and updates management as needed.
• Ensures compliance with safety, health, and quality standards.
• Purchases equipment and materials as needed in accordance with company policies
and procedures.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Possess a High School Diploma or equivalency, to include Home School Certificate.
• HVAC/mechanical certifications with a minimum of ten (10) years working as an HVAC
technician or similarly skilled role.
Preferred education, experience, and competencies:
• Completion of an HVAC trades program is preferred.
