SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Player’s Club Manager is responsible for player development activities, players’ club cards, direct mail promotions, and player database. The Player’s Club Manager’s performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Directs promotional events such as drawings, giveaways, tournaments, and another customer-based reward incentive.
- Responsible for the inventory and upkeep of the guest reward database and entry of all new members and any mailings to the group.
- Assists with print, radio, television, and electronic ads for casino promotions.
- Assists staff to issue rewards club cards to customers and ensures excellent customer service.
- Identifies, develops, and researches opportunities for customer service improvements.
- Assists the Marketing Manager with the inventory of all promotional items.
- Must keep open communication with the Marketing Manager and Player’s Club Reps.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

- Supervises personnel in their day-to-day activities.
- Responsible for training employees and planning, assigning, and directing work. Appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees, addressing complaints, and resolving problems.
PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:
The Player’s Club Manager regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests and operates a computer and other office equipment.
The Player’s Club Manager will regularly stand for 50% or more of their shift. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights, and the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business. The Player’s Club Manager must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Player’s Club Manager may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve contentious issues with difficult guests and staff members.

Qualifications:EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:
- Possess a High School Diploma or equivalency to include Home School Certificate.
- Two (2) years of casino marketing experience; and
- One (1) year of supervisory experience in any area is required.
Salary : $45,916 - $73,465
