What are the responsibilities and job description for the PLAYERS CLUB/ CAGE LEAD position at COMANCHE?
SCOPE OF POSITION:
The Players Club/Cage Lead is responsible for providing support and exemplary guest service to the casino visitors through the Cage and Players Club. The Players Club/ Cage Lead will be responsible for cashing machine tickets and checks, processing debit/credit card transactions, and running promotions and paperwork that corresponds with the promotions. The Players Club/Cage Lead’s performance is necessary for the Casino to reach its fullest potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for casino guests.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Assists in monitoring the performance of Marketing employees ensuring adherence to the Policies and Procedures.
- Responsible for Players Club/Cage inventory and upkeep of the database and enrollment process for new customers.
- Responsible for facilitating promotional entry participation and drawing activities supporting the Player’s Club/Cage Manager.
- Monitors and works with all BOH systems including but not limited to issuance of any bonus features/awards, reviewing coupon accuracy input, report extraction, play evaluation etc.
- Responsible for the day to day shift operations of the Players Club/Cage including but not limited to inventory control, log and list maintenance, database cleaning etc.
- Voids Found Tickets.
- Accurately balances all money transactions, paperwork and assigned bank.
- Assures Compliance with federal currency transaction reporting requirements.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:
The following are major supervisory duties and are not intended to be all inclusive or restrictive.
- Develops, produces and manages Players Club Rep/Cage cashier work schedules.
- Provides training and support to the Player’s Club Reps/Cage Cashiers.
- Maintains excellent communication with the Players Club/Cage Manager.
- Addresses issues as they arise with both guests and employees of the Marketing Department.

The Players Club/Cage Lead regularly engages in conversations, regularly required to stand, walk, sit and use eye hand coordination. The Players Club/Cage Lead is required to reach with hands and arms, to sit, climb or balance and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus.
The Players Club/Cage Lead will regularly be required to stand for 50% or more of their shift.
Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where the noise level varies from quiet to loud depending on the business. The Players Club/Cage Lead must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays and be able to work in a smoke filled environment.
The Players Club/Cage Lead may be exposed to the risks associated in attempting to resolve issues with difficult guests and staff members.

Qualifications:EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
High School diploma or GED required and 6 months or more of work experience in database operations or similar work and/or computer applications training. Supervisory experience is preferred. Strong customer service skills required. Must be at least 18 years of age.
