SCOPE OF POSITION:

The Assistant Slot Manager is responsible for assisting the Slot Manager of the Slot Department. The Assistant Slot Manager's performance is necessary for the casino to reach its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

The following are major duties and are not intended to be all-inclusive or restrictive.

• Develops and implements goals and objectives for Slot Operations.
• Ensures all gaming equipment is functioning properly.
• Oversees and ensures compliance with all tribal, state, and federal regulations as applied to slot operation functions, CTR guidelines, safeguarding funds, reviewing documents for completion and accuracy, and monitoring employees' activities.
• Monitors slot machine performance by developing slot analysis procedures as directed by senior management. Monitors guest satisfaction on slot products and environment and makes recommendations for change.
• Develops and enforces Slot Operations, policies, and procedures in accordance with applicable gaming regulations, standards, and laws.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

SUPERVISORY REQUIREMENTS:

The Assistant Slot Manager co-supervises all employees in the Slots department.

PHYSICAL & ENVIRONMENTAL DEMANDS:

The Assistant Slot Manager regularly communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests and operates a computer and other office equipment. The Assistant Slot Manager is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where there may be flashing lights. The noise level varies from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business. The Assistant Slot Manager must be able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor's degree in Business or related area from a four-year college or university; or three to five (3-5) years related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have a stable employment history. Must be able to report for duty as scheduled
