- Selling cheap roofs
- Dealing with bad production
- Chasing unpaid commissions
What You’ll Be Doing
- Running qualified warm leads (not just cold knocking)
- Meeting homeowners and builders on-site
- Selling high-quality roofing systems
- Building long-term relationships with builders
- Generating additional business through referrals and networking
- Warm inbound leads provided
- Estimating and pricing support
- Strong operations and production team
- CRM system to manage the pipeline
- Company truck provided
- Gas card
