Scope Of Position
The Casino Host position is located in one of the larger casinos of Comanche Nation Entertainment. It is primarily responsible for building relationships to establish guest loyalty, especially with high-value guests, and to promote casino business. The Casino Host’s performance is essential to the casino reaching its full potential in providing a superior entertainment experience for its guests.
Duties And Responsibilities
The Casino Host regularly moves about the casino floor (50% or more of shift), communicates and exchanges information with coworkers and guests, and operates a computer and other office equipment. Work is performed throughout all areas of the facility where the noise levels vary from quiet to loud depending on the time of day, the specific location, and the amount of business. The Casino Host must be
able and willing to work evenings, weekends, and holidays in a smoke-filled environment. The workplace is also under constant surveillance both inside and outside the facility.
The Casino Host may be exposed to the risks associated with attempting to resolve contentious issues with guests and staff members.

- Responsible for identifying and developing special entertainment enhancement activities, programs, or services for casino guests and maintaining a positive relationship with the casino guests.
- Maintains data on player spending and preferences to tailor marketing campaigns to encourage return visits by the players and identify new high-value guests to develop a relationship that promotes loyalty.
- Provides a positive response to all guest queries and casino team members and offer solutions for guest complaints.
- Maintains knowledge of all casino gaming and hotel activities and utilizes the knowledge to enhance casino guest entertainment and gaming experience.
- Promote special events and programs and assists casino team members with the execution of those events and special programs. Coordinate activities with other hospitality departments to ensure the success of events and programs.
- Maintains routine communication with high-value guests to promote return visits, special offers, and loyalty.
- Provides reports and information to the Promotions Manager on the success or non-success of promotions, special events, and programs; and produces monthly and yearly reports on player rewards programs' departmental success or non-success.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Education And/Or Experience
- Must possess a high school diploma or equivalency, to include home school certificate.
- Two (2) years of casino Marketing experience.
