DEFINITION:
The Application Analyst functions as a knowledgeable practitioner, and as a consultant, educator, and evaluator to maintain and improve system services, and to mentor users to become better technology consumers.
EDUCATION:
Associate/Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Computer Science, MIS, or equivalent degree, although will consider applicable experience and certification in lieu of degree.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
● Professional Clinical Certification/License
● Clinical experience preferred.
● Strong Computer Skills. Proficient with Windows applications.
● Excellent organizational, presentation communication skills.
● Ability to work effectively individually and as part of a collaborative team.
● Ability to work on several complex issues at the same time.
● Ability to collect, analyze, and present data at various audience levels.
● Excellent customer service skills.
● Professionalism and an ability to manage stressful situations in a manner that is conducive to finding resolution.
