Role Description This full-time, on-site Skilled Labor – Finishing and Millwork role is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area. The team member will work with custom wood products, preparing, sanding, and finishing pieces for exterior and interior applications. Day-to-day tasks include operating hand and power tools, assisting with millwork production, applying primers, paints, and other finishes, and inspecting materials for quality and accuracy. The role also involves reading basic drawings or work orders, maintaining a clean and safe work area, and coordinating with supervisors and teammates to meet production schedules. The position requires a strong focus on detail, consistency in workmanship, and adherence to safety standards.
