Production Laborer

Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Assembly Line Worker with experience in HVAC manufacturing to join our production team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assembling HVAC components, brazing, and working with electrical systems in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assemble HVAC units and components according to work instructions, drawings, and specifications

- Perform brazing operations on copper tubing and HVAC components

- Read and interpret wiring diagrams and schematics

- Install and connect basic HVAC electrical components

- Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment safely and efficiently

- Conduct basic quality checks to ensure products meet company and industry standards

- Assist with testing equipment during the manufacturing process (preferred)

- Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area

- Accurately document work performed using basic computer systems

Required Qualifications

- Previous experience in an HVAC manufacturing or assembly environment

- Brazing experience (minimum of 2 years preferred)

- Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams

- Basic knowledge of HVAC electrical components

- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions

- Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience using testing equipment in a manufacturing or production setting

- Bilingual (English/Spanish a plus)

- Familiarity with quality control or inspection processes

Physical Requirements

- Ability to stand for extended periods

- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs

- Manual dexterity for handling tools and small components

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $23.00 per hour
