You will be successful if
- You have 3 years in Customer Service and Sales working with Mechanical / Industrial equipment.
- You possess knowledge of Automotive or Industrial market segments. Mechanical knowledge or ability preferred.
- You have inside sales experience within a wholesale (not retail) business preferred.
- You can demonstrate excellent organizational skills, be an assertive team player with problem solving skills, possess a positive Can-Do attitude, be self-motivated and have strong work ethics.
- You can show good verbal and written communication skills.
- You are computer literate and efficient in MS office products.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Proactively manage service agreements.
- Schedule appointments with customers.
- Dispatching service technicians on service calls.
- Maintain up-to-date information in the computer system.
- Regular follow-up of open service workorders to be scheduled.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Promote the products and services of the company, i.e. Service Plans.
