DormCo.com is a fast-growing online retailer of college dorm supplies based in Nashville, TN. We're hiring college students and recent graduates for full-time and part-time summer warehouse positions.
This summer is our peak back-to-school season as students prepare for college in August. Join our energetic team to help fulfill high-volume dorm supply orders with flexible start dates before July. The role runs through mid-August or longer based on your availability, and many students continue part-time or full-time afterward.

You'll gain hands-on experience in online retail, order fulfillment, shipping, supply chain, and inventory management — all while working alongside fellow college students. No prior experience required — we'll train you. This is an excellent resume-building experience that has helped many students launch successful careers over the past 15 years!
Many summer team members transition into longer-term full-time or part-time roles after the summer, with access to additional benefits available to ongoing employees (such as health insurance, paid time off accrual, profit sharing, and other standard full-time perks).
Pay & Benefits
- Starting pay: $17 per hour (performance raises possible within 30 days to $18 )
- Guaranteed 32–40 hours per week
- Overtime at 1.5x pay available mid-July through August (many students worked 50–60 hours/week last summer — not required)
- $300 Summer Completion Bonus (equivalent to 2 days of paid time off)

What You'll Do
- Warehouse organization and inventory management
- Load and unload shipments using pallet jacks
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy
Requirements
- Strong physical stamina for heavy lifting, standing, and walking for full shifts
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work in a team with a positive attitude
- Must live in the Nashville, TN area or be willing to relocate for the summer (please explain your plans if applying from out of town)
- Willingness to learn warehouse safety procedures
