- Bring to life Hyatt’s core, award-winning service standards through leading by example.
- Overseeing all daily operations to ensure exceptional quality, cleanliness, and service.
- Developing strategic business and financial plans that drive results and profitability.
- Partnering with Sales and Marketing to create innovative revenue-generating initiatives.
- Building strong community relationships and staying in tune with local market trends.
- Recruiting, training, and developing top talent — fostering a culture of excellence and fun.
- Maintaining strict adherence to financial controls, company standards, and brand expectations.
- Oversee full renovation of the property as it becomes re-imagined into the premiere hotel in the north of Boston.
- A seasoned hospitality leader with 5 years of hotel General Manager experience
- Energetic, motivated, and passionate about creating unforgettable guest experiences.
- A strategic thinker and hands-on operator who leads by example.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and a creative problem-solver.
- Skilled communicator who thrives in a collaborative, people-first culture.
