My client is a full-service mortgage lender looking to add a Loan Officer to their team. This person will be responsible for guiding clients through the process of applying for, qualifying for, and securing a mortgage loan, assessing the financial needs of individuals or businesses, recommending loan products, and providing exceptional customer service throughout the loan process.
Key Responsibilities :
- Generate leads and build relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
- Collect necessary documentation (income, credit history, assets, etc.) from applicants.
- Maintain communication with clients throughout the loan process, ensuring they understand the steps involved
- Work closely with the processing and underwriting teams to ensure smooth progression of the loan
- Coordinate with title companies, real estate agents, and other involved parties to facilitate timely loan closing
