What You’ll Do:
- Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Educate residents, families, and caregivers on therapy techniques
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support holistic care
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with regulations
What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Speech Language Pathologist in good standing
- Strong clinical skills and familiarity with geriatric care
- Knowledge of HIPAA and therapy documentation standards
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach to care
