Fully Remote After Training
Colvent Group Inc. is currently seeking individuals to support our national company in all aspects of client/contractor relations. The ideal candidate will harbor a passion for assisting our clients with construction projects. This is an entry level position requiring at least 1 year of general work experience in an office environment. Customer service experience a plus.
Skills/Requirements
- Strong communication skills: verbal, listening, and written
- Possess critical thinking skills to include problem solving, reasoning, and analytical skills as well as the ability to demonstrate initiative
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Telecommunications Software as well as document scanning and paperless document storage
- Strong organization, speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks/projects in a fast-paced office environment
- Ability to follow directions and procedures.
- Ability to adapt to a constantly changing environment
- Commitment to demonstrate integrity in every situation with a commitment to client confidentiality, as well as a thorough understanding and compliance of non-disclosure policies
