Duties
- Assist in managing and supervising the parts department, including inventory control, order processing, and warehouse operations to ensure optimal stock levels and availability.
- Implement and maintain inventory management practices utilizing our systems
- Supervise shipping & receiving operations, ensuring all incoming parts are inspected, documented, and stored properly within warehouse facilities equipped with forklift operation capabilities.
- Collaborate with our service team and technicians to understand their parts requirements
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting dealership staff or external clients with parts inquiries and order status updates.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in automotive parts management or dealership environment.
- Mechanical knowledge related to automotive diagnostics, auto body repair, OEM parts specifications, and equipment repair is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems and order management software.
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail for accurate record-keeping across multiple platforms.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers or clients.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities efficiently.
