Colusa County Office of Education is recruiting for a Professional Development Coordinator II who can lead the design, implementation, and evaluation of high-quality professional learning. This role bridges instructional excellence with comprehensive student support, working collaboratively with districts, educators, and community partners to implement high impact strategies that improve student achievement for all learners.

CURRENT ASSIGNMENT LOCATION: Educational Services SALARY: $94,412-$126,521 HOURS/DAYS: 8 hours per day, 195 days per year BENEFITS: Partially paid medical, dental and vision benefits; paid sick and vacation leave; CalSTRS retirement EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Bachelor’s Degree in Education or related field required; Master’s Degree preferred. Valid California Administrative Services Credential Valid California Teaching Credential Minimum of five years teaching experience LICENSES & REQUIREMENTS: The successful candidate will be required to provide DOJ fingerprint clearance, TB test clearance and a valid California driver’s license with evidence of insurability as described on complete job description following acceptance of job offer. KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES: Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
