Columbus Worthington Air in partnership with ARS, is seeking Experienced Residential HVAC Installers. Earn $60,000 - $100,000 per year based on performance while working for the nation’s largest provider of residential HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services.

Responsibilities

HVAC Installer Job Responsibilities

As a Residential HVAC Installer, you will:

• Remove and dispose of outdated residential HVAC systems
• Install, start up, and troubleshoot new HVAC equipment
• Lead HVAC installations with the support of an assigned helper
• Ensure installations meet local inspection codes and company standards
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and deliver a professional experience
• Work efficiently while maintaining safety and quality standards

Qualifications

HVAC Installer Requirements

• 2 years of residential HVAC installation experience
• Comfortable leading HVAC installs with a helper
• Working knowledge of local HVAC inspection codes
• EPA Certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
