What You’ll Do
As a Travel Assistant, you’ll play an important role in supporting our advisors while learning every aspect of the travel planning process.
Your responsibilities will include:
· Assist travel advisors with planning and coordinating client vacations.
· Enter and review travel itineraries to develop a thorough understanding of each client’s trip.
· Proactively identify potential travel issues and communicate them to the advisor for timely resolution.
· Prepare travel documents and maintain accurate client files.
· Process payments and maintain financial records.
· Answer incoming phone calls and provide outstanding customer service.
· Learn supplier systems, booking platforms, and travel industry procedures.
· Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
· Build knowledge of destinations, travel products, and industry best practices through ongoing training.
