The US base salary for this full-time position is $25-28/hr benefits. Salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
Responsibilities
Under this task order, the contractor will independently provide support services to satisfy the overall operational objectives of the National Institutes of Health, Office of Research Services. The primary objective is to provide services and deliverables through performance of support services.
Processes foreign worker employment authorizations and track status.
- Processes foreign worker employment authorizations and track status.
- Review, edit and prepare for submission H-1B Specialty Occupations petitions with the US Customs and Immigration Service (USCIS).
- Provide temporary worker welcome and onboarding support.
- Prepare pre- and post- arrival packages for foreign visiting scientists.
- Provides support to outreach activities.
- Coordinate with Outreach Managers to identify and schedule outreach activities and events.
Qualifications
- Minimum High School diploma or equivalent (Business Management and Administration/Human Resources and Personnel Management)
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- MS Office
