- Under direct supervision, receives, stores and issues property and supplies.
- Manages, administers or coordinates property and inventory control.
- Checks purchase orders for accuracy, completeness, and clarity.
- Collects bids.
- Conducts physical inventories.
- Coordinates the purchase of equipment, services and supplies from established vendors.
- Engages in receiving, storing, and shipping all types of materials and supplies.
- Maintains inventory control and maintains inventory control records.
- Processes field purchase orders.
- Reviews and audits warehouse records and reports.
- Reviews requisitions to verify if merchandise is contracted.
- Screens, receives, stores, inventories and distributes surplus property
