Job Summary:
Join our team as a Martial Arts Instructor and inspire students to develop their physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills through martial arts training. We are looking for an individual that is passionate about helping youth become the best version of themselves.
Responsibilities:
- Lead or assist in youth martial arts lessons.
- Develop students physical, intellectual, emotional, and social skills.
- Provide guidance in an appropriate and positive way
- Ensure the safety of all students during training sessions
- Motivate and encourage students to reach their full potential
- Incorporate fun and engaging activities to enhance learning
- Assist in academy events such as belt testing, tournaments, camps, and parties
Requirements:
- A positive and professional attitude
- Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate others
- Clean background check and ability to work with youth
- A core in physical fitness and ability to be a positive role model for youth
- Reliable transportation and ability to maintain a consistent work schedule
This position thrives on great communication skills and ability to engage youth. While a background in martial arts is beneficial it is not a requirement for this position if the individual is willing to learn and train themselves.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $10.00 - $18.00 per hour
