Job Title: Programs Director

Annual Salary: $45,000
The Columbus Lowndes Chamber of Commerce is seeking a motivated, organized, and community-minded Programs Director to support and strengthen Chamber programs.
The Programs Director will be responsible for:
- Planning, coordinating, and executing Chamber programs
- Assisting with sponsorship acquisition and sponsor communication
- Supporting program development and increasing community participation
- Updating website content as needed
- Assisting with basic graphic design needs, including flyers, social media graphics, and event materials
- Supporting basic accounting functions, including reconciliations and QuickBooks entries
- Grant writing and funding opportunities
The ideal candidate will have:
- Proficiency in social media and graphic design platforms, such as Canva and Facebook
- Experience updating WordPress websites
- Computer proficiency
- Grant writing experience
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- A professional and positive approach to working with members, sponsors, volunteers, and community partners
- Experience in a nonprofit organization preferred
This is a full-time position with a regular schedule of Monday through Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Availability is required for some after-hours and weekend events.
