- The Service Manager is responsible for customer satisfaction and overall profitability within the service department's areas of responsibility
- Communicates with customers and ethically resolves disputes keeping the customer and company's interest in mind
- Responsible for timely paperwork flow keeping work in process as low as possible
- Provides timely and accurate invoices to customers with the assistance of service team members
- Responsible for the human resources within the department, with a focus of maintaining a high level of technician productivity, efficiency, and safety
- Recommends and oversees replacement and repair of internal physical assets
- High school diploma, college, and/or tech school helpful
- Three or more years of experience with earth moving equipment parts and service in a customer contact position.
- Candidate must have proven track record in customer satisfaction
- Strong leadership and coaching abilities
- Positive attitude, problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications
- Candidate must be highly motivated and be able to work well in a team environment
- Basic computer skills required
- Must be able to pass a Pre-Employment Criminal Background screening and DOT Drug Test
