Sales Representative

COLUMBUS EPOXY FLOORING, is a family owned business. We are expanding our team and seeking a highly motivated and independent Sales Representative to drive new business on a commission-only basis. We provide some pre-set, warm qualified leads with the opportunity to create your own.

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and sales opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Generate leads and follow up on sales inquiries
- Present and demonstrate products or services to potential clients
- Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments

- Provide weekly sales reports

Requirements:

- Proven experience in industrial contracting sales, business development, or account management

- General knowledge of coatings is preferred

-Strong understanding of the residential, commercial, and industrial construction sectors.

- General knowledge of construction is required
- Strong sales skills and ability to build rapport with clients
- Knowledge of basic CRM software is required
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events
- Valid driver's license
