Experienced Veterinarian with Broader Clinical Influence: We are seeking an experienced veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine and wants to have a meaningful voice in how care is delivered across the hospital. This opportunity is ideal for a thoughtful, collaborative DVM who values clinical excellence, consistency, and teamwork and is interested in contributing beyond their own caseload.

The veterinarian in this role will help shape medical standards, provide perspective on clinical protocols and workflows, collaborate on complex cases, and partner with leadership on initiatives that strengthen patient care and team performance. Prior formal leadership experience is welcomed but not required; strong clinical judgment, communication skills, accountability, and the ability to earn trust through example are most important.
