Ticket Seller - Intermittent G00 Civic Center

• Provides a positive first impression of theColumbus Civic Center to all guests.
• Provides superior customer service to internaland external clients.
• Accurately operates the TicketMaster ticketingsystem processing sales, refunds, and other ticketing concerns.
• Handles cash responsibly and accurately.
• Communicates positively, efficiently, and courteouslywith guests.
• Problem solves by assisting guests with needsrelated to seating, ticketing needs,  and ticketing accounts.
• Works cooperatively and jointly to providecontinuous improvement and excellent customer-driven service.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Must have prior money-handling experience, excellentcustomer service skills and must be able to multitask in high-stress situations.

Knowledge and level of competency commonly associated with the completion of specialized trainingin the occupational field, in addition to basic skills typically associated with a high schooleducation. Experience sufficient to thoroughly understand the work of subordinate positions and to beable to answer questions and resolve problems, usually associated with one to three years experienceor service.

The work is typically performed while intermittentlysitting, standing, stooping, walking, bending, or crouching. The employeefrequently lifts light and heavy objects, climbs ladders, uses tools orequipment requiring a high degree of dexterity, and distinguishes betweenshades of color. Additionally, the following physical abilities are required:
