Duties

- Manage classroom activities with effective behavior management techniques to promote positive discipline and emotional well-being.

- Ensure compliance with childcare regulations, health and safety standards, and best practices in daycare and preschool environments.
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in early childhood settings such as daycare centers or preschools is essential.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across various domains including literacy education, math instruction, physical education, and behavior management.
- Familiarity with childhood development theories and practices related to toddler care, preschool education, and special needs support.
- Classroom management skills with the ability to create structured yet flexible learning environments that adapt to individual student needs.
- Experience utilizing teaching techniques such as lesson planning, tutoring, and classroom experience in private or public school settings.
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with families, colleagues, and external specialists involved in early intervention programs.
- Knowledge of standardized testing procedures relevant to early childhood assessment tools.
