Responsibilities
- Oversee daily unit operations, resolve unexpected issues, and ensure consistent, high-quality care that meets regulatory standards.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and training for nursing staff while making effective staffing assignments based on patient/resident needs.
- Review clinical records, observe care delivery, and analyze staff and patient data to assess effectiveness and implement improvements.
- Maintain a safe, collaborative, customer-focused environment by addressing concerns from residents, families, staff, and visitors.
- Support continuous quality improvement by leading performance initiatives, enforcing policies, participating in committees/on-call rotations, and ensuring compliance with updated procedures and regulations.
Qualifications
- Nursing degree from accredited college or university required.
- Clear unencumbered license from the State of Colorado required.
- 1 years of relevant experience and/or training.
- Knowledge of the aging process, dementia, and disabilities preferred.
- Experience with geriatric population in long term care facility, assisted living facility, or other related health care facility greatly preferred.

Pay: $37.00 - $48.00 per hour
