Overview
We are seeking a 1099 contractor who is dedicated and detail-oriented to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene in various environments, ensuring that spaces are welcoming and safe for all occupants. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Duties
- Perform general cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting in designated areas.
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, kitchens, and common areas to maintain high hygiene standards.
- Dispose of waste and recyclables in accordance with company policies.
- Restock supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, and cleaning materials as needed.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
- Must be able to supply your own cleaning supplies.
- Must have reliable source of transportation.
- Must be willing to work as a 1099 contractor.
- Must be able to preform tasks such as lifting, carrying, and moving objects up to 25-50 pounds, as well as the ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods of time.
- Successful candidates will be required to complete and pass a comprehensive background check after a conditional offer of employment is extended. This is to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their homes.
- Must be 18 with a highschool diploma or a GED.
- Must have a valid Colorado driver's license.
Skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good communication skills for interacting with team members and clients.
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services is a plus but not required.
