Role Description The ESC Treasurer is a full-time, on-site role based in Lisbon, OH, responsible for the overall financial management of the Columbiana County Educational Service Center. This role oversees budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations, board policies, and sound accounting practices. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing the general fund and all other funds, monitoring cash flow, preparing financial statements, and presenting regular reports and recommendations to the ESC Board and leadership team. The Treasurer supervises payroll, accounts payable and receivable, purchasing, and investment of public funds, while maintaining accurate financial records and internal controls. Qualifications
